Prism by Object Theory Privacy Policy

Prism by Object Theory is a creation of Object Theory LLC. The application collects the following information:

• Audio from the Microsoft HoloLens device microphone

• Usage analytics from the application

Object Theory LLC collects this information in order to provide the following benefits:

Audio: Network session audio chat within the application. No recordings of audio are made by Object Theory LLC and the microphone is used only for real-time group network sessions within the application. Object Theory LLC and its employees do not have the ability to listen to the user's audio unless they join a network session as a visible and named network participant. If a user does not wish to have their audio transmitted in a network session, the user can enable the in-app mute feature or elect not to join a network session.

Analytics: Better understanding of how the application is being used to help inform decision making for future releases. This includes number of sessions per day across all users, total new users, total unique users, total repeat users, geography by country, other general usage statistics, and in-app events, such as application launches, application closes, number of network sessions, usage by application feature, and crash logs.  If a user does not wish to have general analytics data collected, the user can discontinue use of the application.

Object Theory shares this information with the following parties:

Audio: Microphone audio is shared with our audio chat service provider, Exit Games, using the Photon Voice service. Please review the Photon License Terms for more details.

Analytics: Usage analytics are shared with our analytics provider, Unity Technologies. Please review the Unity Analytics Terms of Service for more details.
